First Saturday of every month starting February 2025, for 6 x months.
Dates: 1st February, 1st March, 5th April, 3rd May, 7th June, 5th July.
Sessions go from 2:30pm to 5:00 pm, in Korora, Coffs Harbour (address will be given).
Fee: $360 for six sessions if paid upfront. (save $30)

What You can Expect
All groups are suitable for beginners. No prior knowledge of EFT is needed!
Our group sessions are designed to teach people how they can use EFT to help themselves
They are educational and supportive in nature and not intended to replace 1:1 sessions
These sessions do not serve as a training in Clinical EFT
There is no obligation to share if you don’t want to
We do not usually discuss personal trauma stories
We focus on what is present for participants now and how they would like to think or feel differently
Most sessions are offered online and last for 90 minutes.
Format:
In Week 1 we take care of introductions and EFT education.
Weeks 2 - 5 will feel very practical as you learn all the important basics of EFT. In every session we’ll start with a catchup and Q&A, a demonstration with a volunteer from the group, and a debrief.
